Ok I'm tired of getting dizzy when I get close to and airport and my (fps) drop from 40 to 6 fps. I'm afraid to add more scenery for fear of getting even slower. I know limited things about computers. These are my specks. Is there anything I can do to improve my system.

Whats suffering is your CPU, and possible your temps,
here is say your cpu vs what i have the 4790k
http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i7-860-vs-Intel-Core-i7-4790K
I hve significantly DOUBLED my performance going from my AMD 8120 @ 4.2 GHZ to my 4790k @ 4.7 GHZ. 30fps and studders to 60+fps and no studders.
Check your temps too. if your temps go too high, the cpu will throttle down.
What cooling are you using?
for temps use CPUID HW monitor. its free program and will show you your temps on all your systems.

So, what you are saying is, all I have to do is buy 4790K andit should fit my motherboard socket and maybe a liquid cooled fan and I could be up and running much faster?

well the 4790k is a 1150 socket, I use a corsair H100i cooler with 2 noctua nff12 fans in a large case and have mine clocked to 4.7 ghz. keeps cool around 35c and max temps using aida 64 is 55c.
first diagnose your heat concerns to rule that out with CPUID hardware monitor tool.

Tests look good, your TMPin1 TMP2 is sensors on your motherboard,
70c Is hot but within peramerters of your chip, however as it reaches its boundary it will throttle performance, also run FSX while CPUID is running, look at your GPU or video card temps
And see what temps those show.

You cant use an i series processor in any AMD motherboard. Your CPU is the problem here, AMD+2.8Ghz is not going to do you any good in FS. Since you don't know about computers I can't recommend you overclock your CPU since 1. You don't know how 2. you will need to install a better cooling solution, refer to #1 here. For you the best option is to go get a better computer with an i5 processor and some decent cooling. Contact these guys, www.cyberpowerPC.com and tell them what you want todo and see how much it will cost. This is your best bet if you can't be bothered to learn how to work on PC hardware yourself.

Jerry, you don`t need FPS, you need stability. Upgrading is a way to go.
