So I just reinstalled FSX after reinstalling windows. Launched FSX and I got the error message shown above, This is the first time I've ever gotten this message as i've reinstalled FSX numerous times before so I'm not sure how to fix this.

Go to your aircraft.cfg file in the fsx folder.
(Microsoft games>flight sim x>sim objects>airplanes>aircreation_582SL. Go into the aircraft.cfg file and check that this piece is exactly like it is on yours:
