So far I have:
1. Fresh install FSX, SP1, SP2. With addons (pmdg 737, some airports FSDT, FB, FT) and without.
2. Tried diff ver of uiainimation, dll
3. Updated MS Visual C++ 2005 current verison
4. Add Himemfix tweak only one added, tried with an without.
5. Add permissions the properties - security - user
6. everything run as admin.
7. Let MSFS Rebuild fsx.cfg file
8. Temps are normal range.
I am out of ideas. I am on windows 8 and have been for sometime and never had a problem. When i did clean install i did everything i did the first time it worked years ago. I also play citis skylines, noticed it too after some time starts kicking me from the game instantly as well. Wondering if it could be a hardware issue with the ram but everything seems to working fine.
I53570 3.8
10g Ram 1600
no video card just on board graphics. Been slacking but it has preformed good enough to play most games on high so never really worried to much about spending the money.

Looks like you might need the FSDreamteam addon manager updated. Get it here:
http://www.fsdreamteam.com/products_addonmanager.html
Hope that works for you.

Try reinstalling according to this guide http://support.precisionmanuals.com/kb/a87/how-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-fsx.aspx
It seems like you have tried everything. The only other thing I can think of is that maybe you have Extended Pilot Logbook. Some users have reported issues with that. Uninstalling it if you have it might do the trick.

I would try updating the addon manager first as it is quick and dirty and could be the answer.

Still a no go. I did roll back the drivers seemed to work for my other game but FSX still no go. I have noticed that i get this error right before the crash:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.
Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Unknown Error
Processor ID: 1
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/3567.event-id-18-microsoft-windows-whea-logger.aspx
I looked it up seems to be related to hardware. And a lot users reporting DIMMS.
I changed out ram one by one slot by slot all seems to be working correctly. I believe it is a hard ware issue. I did have a electrical issue with a fan that shorted out but did not appear to damage anything, maybe it did.
Well i was planning on new build anyways guess this just will jump start it a bit

The new one:
Windows cannot access the file for one of the following reasons: there is a problem with the network connection, the disk that the file is stored on, or the storage drivers installed on this computer; or the disk is missing. Windows closed the program Microsoft Flight Simulator® because of this error.
Program: Microsoft Flight Simulator®
File:
The error value is listed in the Additional Data section.
User Action
1. Open the file again. This situation might be a temporary problem that corrects itself when the program runs again.
2. If the file still cannot be accessed and
- It is on the network, your network administrator should verify that there is not a problem with the network and that the server can be contacted.
- It is on a removable disk, for example, a floppy disk or CD-ROM, verify that the disk is fully inserted into the computer.
3. Check and repair the file system by running CHKDSK. To run CHKDSK, click Start, click Run, type CMD, and then click OK. At the command prompt, type CHKDSK /F, and then press ENTER.
4. If the problem persists, restore the file from a backup copy.
5. Determine whether other files on the same disk can be opened. If not, the disk might be damaged. If it is a hard disk, contact your administrator or computer hardware vendor for further assistance.

Anthony, here's a couple of links, one for the Machine Check Exception and one for the igdumd32.dll. Sounds like you may have more than one problem and that's the hardest to solve.

Thanks Bill for your help. Never did find out what was wrong. I ended up doing a windows refresh which re installs the OS but leaves all personal files. Did a clean install of FSX and all addons works like a charm.
So much so I went out today purchased EVGA GTX950 and has it done wonders for all my games. Finally got a full flight in tonight. Again Thank you Bill and everyone else for the help!

Glad you got it going Anthony. Too bad you had to reinstall but once you do it's also nice to have a clean system that works!
