Hi folks,
I am running w10, P3D, v3.4, with good performance, but seems like I night get more by adding another video card, using SLI. Anybody, out there using 2 cards in SLI?? I have a 1,000 watt power supply, plenty of HP
Thank you,
Jerry Friz

My experiences with SLI have all been negative. For sure uing it with MSFS does nothing to give you faster graphics. In fact when I removed my SLI configuration my graphics performance increased. If P3D has a fully implemented SLI graphics interface then maybe it will work for you. You should check into that before springing for another card as they are expensive.

Yeah, unfortunately there wasn't much of an increase from when I went from a single GTX 970 to Dual. However, when I went up to a single GTX 1070 there was a massive increase in performance. Regardless, the platform that the game is built on is just so messy that it doesn't have the performance improvements it should with the hardware upgrades we do.
Long story short, that's why I switched to XPlane. Now that 3rd party developers are starting work on it there has been a nice improvement in aircraft availability. With XP 11 coming out now is probably a great time to do it for everyone!!

Okay, that's kind of what I am hearing from others also. A GTX 1070, is best for P3D. Would consider X-plane, but not enough good add-ons....
Thanks,
Jerry

I know this is an old post but of your still interested in SLI, P3D just released a hotfix which fixes SLI issues so it may be better now

It`s still not worth it with 32bit sim. You won`t see any improvement. I have two GTX 660Ti. Didn`t any improvement.
