I logged on a week or so ago and completed a flight. I tried to log on today and, even though I can log on, it says I have an invalid email domain. I did not have this issue when I logged on a week ago to fly my assignment. My domain name is att.net and wants me to update it. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

While I don't know the definitive list offhand, I'm sure it's available somewhere-- perhaps in the the operating procedures document. Some email domains are disallowed with DVA, though, due to email delivery problems. As I understand it, some domains have blacklisted DVA as a spam source, so email accounts thereto will not receive DVA mail. The regulations at DVA require you to have a valid email address, which implies the ability to receive DVA email.

I would first check to see if att.net is an "allowed" email domain. If not, consider getting a free email account at Gmail(.com). You may come to like it!

Thanks Tyler and Aidan for the responses. I do have a gmail account so I've changed it to that. Easy fix. Just didn't understand why it was happening. The thread that Aidan supplied helped me to understand it better. Thank you!
