All of the routes you listed with the exception of KMSP-RJTT/RJTT-KMSP and KLAX-ZSPD/ZSPD-KLAX are in the schedule, just with different equipment types and flight numbers. If the city pair is in the schedule, you can change the flight number and equipment all you want.

The current DVA schedule is outdated. Send him an email or open a help desk issue to get these routes added.
