Will we be adding the seasonal flights to Eagle/Vail, Jackson Hole, Montrose, etc, that are already in effect? Waiting for "charters" to be approved, in order to fly these scheduled flights isn't always practical.

JAC also has a daily 757 flight from ATL, from DEC-APR. There are no flights other than the year round ones from SLC on the DVA schedule, and nothing for EGE, HDN, MTJ, ASE and BZN. All of those have daily flights from ATL.

Back to your original post, keep in mind Charters are a privilege and take time to enter. We toyed with getting rid of charters in the past for just this reason too. We have 17,000 flights in our database and I haven't found anyone yet who has flown all of them. Our provider who updated our flight schedules in the past decided to charge us about $5,000 per cycle to update our schedule when it used to be $100 and even free before that. This is a bit high for our no-cost DVA website and the free services we have provided for over 15 years. So, we do the best we can and I try to keep the schedule updated. We just rolled out the 737 Airman ATP course that took almost 2 full years to develop and implement. I will work to add the flights you requested eventually. In the meantime, please feel free to fly any of the 16,438 flights you haven't yet.

Also, the process to add flights is more than just clicking a button. I have to research the flight numbers, find the departure and arrival times and aircraft, then input them into our DVH database according to an organized numbering scheme I've set up to group numbers by aircraft. Then, i have to make sure the airports are in our database and if the airline is checked for each airport I'm trying to add. All this is saved in an excel spreadsheet so I can keep track of what I've done for the next person that comes along.

If anyone here would like today's or historical flights added that don't show up in our database, providing me with the info to enter them saves a lot of time and makes it easier for me to add them.

MTJ to ATL is in the schedule.
ASE to ATL, SLC, LAX is in the schedule.

Brian: I'm totally serious. We have plenty of flights in our database and plenty of other work to do here to stop and meet someone else's schedule. I enjoy providing charters from time to time but they are not the highest priority. Keeping the database up to date is important but also not the highest priority. Remember all staff are unpaid volunteers (which also is a great privilege.)

Cool. The Historical database will cover it. Every time I checked for Vail/Eagle in the MAIN d/b, there was nothing, but I see it now. Thanks. Something to look forward to, this weekend!
