Dear All,
I have in my time as Assistant Chief Pilot experienced pilots has filed a flight report by mistake. We (the staff) are not able to delete flight report, but only approve, hold or reject them. The only one who can delete them are you, the pilots, or top management (I think).

I don´t know how many what are aware of this, but if you filed a flight report by mistake you can delete it by going into the Pilot Center -> Flight Reports.
In the bottom there is a few choices as you can see by the image I have attached.
The only flight reports you can´t delete are Flight Assignments.

That sounds strange.
It only possible prior to grading.

The general rule of thumb is that it is very, very difficult to delete data. There are a few people who can do it, but it is limited to discourage and control its use.

It´s only the pilot that can delete his/her flight report prior to our grading.
I can´t delete any flight reports in the queue exept my own.

I have two reports that that are pending and I don't seem to have that option for either of them. Are you sure it's there for standard non-staff members
