When I download any add-on aircraft from FlightSim or anywhere else, the airplane has no texture, just a grayed out blank. Everything else works fine on the aircraft . The download says that it is a "complete aircraft" and indeed there is a texture file in the folder. I saw a previous post that said to turn off DirectX, for this issue, when I do that the aircraft will not even load and FSX says an error has occurred and crashes. This occurs on FSX and not on FS9, which always works fine. The only time textures do show in FSX is if I download aircraft from the DVA Fleet Installer. Yes the same thing happens with FSX Steam. Any suggestions? Thanks.
