Wow thanks guys. Lots of comments here. I guess I should check out the water cooler more often.

I'm actually already a P1-P5 instructor at VATSTAR but it never hurts to get some more training from DVA!
Now in addition I'm a DVA OLP.

Hopefully the VFROLP program will go well too. I think it will be fun.
