I just got the Feelthere Next Gen CRJ. I can not update the FMS. Can anyone help? Please.

John, you will need a subscription service to update the Navigation Data. I know of two: Navigraph or Navdata Pro

Please check to make sure that the service updates your aircraft before subscribing - I am not familiar with the Feelthere CRJ.

I do have a subscription to Navigraph. I run the update from Navigraph and it still won't update.

The navigraph program needs to be mapped to the correct directory in your system. I believe there is a way to point it to the right location. Probably in the FSX folder in a Wilco sub-folder.

John, did you add the CRJ to your update list in the Navigraph Data Manager software? If you didn't you need to add it. If it is there, you may have to check your path to make sure it is correct.

The Addon Mappings section, the second button in the toolbar, is where you can scan, manually add, or delete addon mappings. Scanning will find the most common add-ons and tools, but if it fails to find an addon you may add it manually using the Add button. Just select the addon from the list of supported ones ( The Next Gen CRJ is supported), and select its data folder. Pressing Remove, of course, doesn't remove your addon, only the mapping in the FMS Data Manager.
