Hi All

Have recently update the iOS on my IPAD tp V13.1.3 and now the DVA website no longer responds to touch commands. I cannot even get to the logon screen. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Works fine in Chrome browser so looks like it is a Sarari issue.

I have iOS 13.1.3. I’ve not seen this issue. I have it on my iPhone and iPad and haven’t seen this. Did it work fine before the update?

Yes it worked fine before I updated. Very strange as you are not seeing the same thing.

So I just updated my iPad (I realized I was running an older version) haha, Anyways I had that issue. So I tinkered around with it and yep I reproduced the same error but fixed it.

I tapped the web address bar and where it will go into reader view, there is a small A and a large A. I tapped the small A and it worked fine for me. Not sure what caused that. It changes the text size on the web page. It should work.

Thanks for the advice. Changing the text size didn’t work for me but when I tapped the address bar it came up with options, 1 of which was “request desktop site” which was selected. When I deselected it the page refreshed and worked fine. All good now 👍. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

This is based on a change in how Safari on the iPad handles touch/hover events in iOS 13. I've made a change in Build 725 that should get Safari to make a single-touch emulate a hover event.
