I would like to access the information pertaining to the recently published new Flight Tours. Unfortunately, after I have called up the list of flights I am unable to access the flight details. i.e. When I click on the flight number, similar to accessing a flight in my Log Book, nothing happens.
I tried to raise this issue under “Events” in the watercooler where I expect Flight Tours to be covered, but again, I am unable to get the little hand to appear to access my selection. There is no problem when making a selection in my Log Book.
All other headings in the watercooler are accessible. When moving the cursor down the page it changes from hand to cursor to arrow. For " Events" there's only the arrow and cursor.

Theo,
I am a bit confused as to what you’re asking about? Is if finding flights for tours? You can find all the information pertaining to tours here.
Above at the top will be a link for the tours guide document which is in the document library.

Hello Joe,
I appreciate why you're confused. Something really strange is happening.
I will try to illustrate:
I had no problem finding the Tours listing, but when I put my cursor on DL2100Leg1 the cursor should change into a hand - you click on the cursor and the details come up, just like when I am in my Log Book.
This does not happen. When I glide the cursor down the page it alternates from cursor to an arrow - not cursor-hand-arrow. The hand does not appear.
The same thing happens as described in my posting re accessing Events in the watercooler. This happens nowhere else.
I feel that this is probably some strange problem with my equipment and nothing to do with the website but I had to start somewhere.
Regards,
Theo

Theo,
So the events channel in the water cooler doesn’t have any threads yet, that might be why you’re not able to view it. I’m
Only guessing. For issues like this the best course of action is to open a help desk ticket so we can track it and figure out the cause or problem. Also if you do open a ticket please attach a screenshot so we can better understand the issue.
Best regards,
Joe

If I understand correctly these flight are not "active" yet. They have not been flagged as such. If that is the case I will wait for that to happen before I get too excited.

The Tour definition does not have links on it. Where do you feel it "should" link to?
Cheers!

Hello Luke,
I did not expect any "links" to anything. I expected that when I clicked on to a flight number I should see the type of information I see when I click on to a flight number in my Log Book.
According to Joe this info is not available yet. I understand that the flight has to be flagged "active" before the details are accessible. I stand to be corrected if my understanding is wrong.
Cheers!

Hold it !!
I take back all my previous comments.
There is something totally strange going on. It is not a case of having to see an "active " flag.
Looking at the World Tour 2022, 27 flights are "Tour in Progress" and under Carribean Tour 41 pilots are currently engaged.
I don't get it.

If you're expecting something to happen when you click on it, then that's a link. Do you expect it to link to a flight in your logbook, if you have completed that leg?
Cheers!

Sorry, I'm not sure what you want to get answered by a Help Desk ticket. I think your question is that you're not getting what you expected, and we need to know what you thought you would see?
Cheers!

Sorry for he delay.
I reread the instructions. No wonder I have caused confusion in certain quarters. I have misinterpreted the information and, as a consequence, have been looking for something that does not exist.
I offer my profound apologies to all who have responded. Sorry to have wasted your precious time and patience.
