I find it somewhat difficult to see what a pilot's accomplishments are. There's certainly ways to look at them, but I don't find it very readable at a glance. See, for instance, if I click on a pilot on the top of the Century Club listing, and look at his profile, I see this:
https://prnt.sc/wN1JOImb-43c
It's a jumble. Compare it to this:
https://prnt.sc/DPHpHBlXBNz6
In the second screengrab, I can see:
- Accomplishments sorted by type.
I know instantly that this pilot has been with DVA between 10 and 15 years. The order may be a point of contention, but I'm not as specific on the exact order as I am on having one other than simply chronological.
- Duplicate accomplishments are deleted.
Having the Everett 500 Club means that you have to also have the Everett 250 Club, as well as the Everett 100 Club. Likewise with the Eight Millennium Club implying that you have Century Club accomplishments from 100 to 900 and so on and so forth.
- It all fits onto one page.
Like a one-page resume that instantly showcases your greatest accomplishments, this method of sorting also makes it easy to navigate around different profiles and get a good idea of exactly what a pilot has done and how much of it.
- Some sorting is achieved.
If you have it, "DVA Fleet Master" will always be the first A/C Types accomplishment. Likewise, "Globetrotter" / "50 State Club" and "Safari Club" are treated as exceptional Airport collections to have. Why those three in particular? No reason other than that they are located next to each other in the Accomplishment Eligibility page and seem to me to be the higher-order achievements from the Airports group.
This makes some accomplishments stand out, and others obvious by their absence. You immediately can see whether this pilot flies online or in events. Not everyone will and of course that's okay! But it makes it simple to see what this pilot's flying style is.
I have this as a Tampermonkey script, if anyone wants to get a copy, let me know. I would like to see it implemented at least as an optional feature, I can't be the only one who had all but given up on browsing Pilot Accomplishment pages and hoping to get any meaningful information out of them with any speed.
