I'm using a TCA Airbus sidestick, along with the throttle quadrant, plus some other peripherals, and I'm constantly having issues with the sidestick not staying connected. I have to keep unplugging and plugging several times to get it to work. And before anyone suggests it, the drivers are up to date. It's only the sidestick giving me issues. Also, I have everything plugged into a powered usb hub.

just to make sure usb is not powering down your stuff, go into device manager, human interface devices, and then right click on each usb item, select properties, and then power management tab and make sure windows does not unpower the usb ports. Also updage your motherboard drivers. All i can think of right now.
