I know we don't have an EOM (or Year) but I would like to nominate someone. This person has done more to help me navigate the DVA world, solve problems and just general encouragement in the few short years I've been here. He's helped numerous times with Help Desk Tickets and Charter Requests. Sometimes he is the only responder out of all DVA management. From reading other emails from other folks about problems they've had, he has helped them also. That person is Bruno Israel (DVA6739).
