I have upgraded the web application to Build 51, which is the latest in a series of "Release Candidates". We've managed to solve two significant issues - formatting and selecting text using IE, and the concept of "ratings only" equipment transfers. For those of you interested in getting ratings for an equipment type, but not actually transferring, the site will now support it.
