Does anyone know about the Wilco 777. How it flys, etc. OR does anyone know a better T7 to get?

The Wilco 777 model is outstanding, but the PSS has better systems modeling.

That is a horrible picture, "the Wilco is outstanding but, PSS better system modeling"
I guess PSS must be Immortal!

No, Matt said that the Wilco *model* is outstanding, but the systems are modelled better on the PSS.
Of course, neither can be outstanding, as they're missing a couple of engines on the wings

...and a second floor right Daniel?????
The PSS is excellent. Still some bugs but PSS is working them out and very responsive on the avsim forums to issues. They want their product to be as good as it can.
IF you go for PSS 777, get the Just Flight version. You get more models and liveries for $30-34 than if you purchase the download version directly from PSS. Nice thick printed manual and case too.

It's true that PSS T7 has a better model and so, but this a/c kills my frame rate a lot, compared to may PMDG's 737, 747 or level d's 767.
The PSS 57 is soon to be released, and I am hoping it doesnt kill frame rates just as the T7.
It is my humble opinion that PMDG and LDS makes better products than PSS. Not lookin to stir the pot or offend anyone.
Now, if someone could help me get *or make) one of those nice signatures, would help me a lot. Loving each and everyone of them. I dont have a decent picture editor.
Peace, easy.

Hector, I agree completely with you. The PSS T7 destroys my frames where PMDG and LDS do not...heck, the PMDG 747 runs smooth as silk on my machine, and it is supposeldly one of the most advanced payware planes out there. Don't know why the PSS kills my frames, but I have ditched it, and even though I am chomping at the bit for a 757, I will probably wait for the LDS one, even though the PSS looks awesome.

Lets cross fingers and hope for the best with the PSS57, because it's the first one to come out. I have not heard any news on release for the lds57, and it looks it's going to take a long time.
I wish PMDG could do the T7, but I know that they are going to change over to the airbus family at this time with the release of the FSX.

Hector, PMDG is also going to release an MD-11 too. If their Airbuses though are as good as their 738 and 744, I am definitely getting those airplanes. I know I love how the PSS A343 handles on the approach because it has such a low Vref speed of about 120kias! Wouldn't think that an airplane that large could stay airborne when you slow it down that slow!
Cheers!

Michael thats an FDE error, the MCDU gives the correct speed of around 140 but the in the air file the lift due to flaps is too great i can give you the correction unless you like doing the approach at 120 knots

Yeah Oliver shoot me that fix too, it's usually giving me about 118-125kias for my Vref speed depending on my weight. I did think that was kind low, but using a -500 to -600 fpm descent rate to stay on the glideslope is usually what I get for my descent rate, so then I was like well maybe that's not too low. Anyways, thanks for the tip Oliver!
Cheers!

Well, I am a big fan of the Wilco products and have always been very pleased with them. The flight dynamics are great on it and the VC is amazing and for so much detail not much of a hit on the frames. For me that is the big plus that it doesn't affect the frames as much as the PSS 777.

Ian, regarding the frame rate hit with PSS, did you adjust the instrument refresh rate in the setup screen (SHIFT+8). It is set to 18 fps by default. The flight dynamics on PSS 777 and Wilco 777 were both developed by the same person ... wait ... don't get me started on the 777 flight dynamics

A question for Andrew Rogers or anyone else,
How does the T7 have a second floor? I might be missing something, but I thought that either something has a second floor or doesn't have a second floor. Could you please elaborate? The only "double-decker" I know of is the A380. Thanks a lot for your help!
Brian
P.S. Andrew, how did you become a DVA mentor? Sounds fun!!
