I completed my 767 Checkride from KSLC - KLAS a short time ago, and since the flight was used with ACARS, I submitted the flight report.
Does this flight count for hours? I'm debating this question because it was done for a checkride and I passed, but it was also flown without the correct rating.
Secondly, why is this logbook entry in blue? In an effort to keep my log book neat, I hate this entry to look different.

May it look blue because it is checkride?

Checkrides will invariably be flagged as "FLOWN WITHOUT AIRCRAFT RATING" because at the time, you didn't have the rating. However, they do count for hours (although they do not count towards promotion to Captain). There is also the possibility that a flight may not meet checkride criteria, but may still be credited towards hours/legs.
Cheers!
