Guys,
It happened again. I flew a flight from KABQ to KIAH. The actual time was 1.7 hours but the ACARS shows the flight to be 4.0 hours. I do not know how this happens. Would you kiindly correct it. Thanks.
Danny

Why was the actual time 1.7 hours? Please take a peek at your Flight Report; are the departure and arrival times incorrect? ACARS notes that you landed 225 minutes after you took off.
Cheers!

Danny, that flight shows you circling KIAH, doing around 20 complete circuits and then landing with no fuel, almost as if you forgot about the flight lol, there is a great pause at TOD program on avsim if you want the link.

You guys actually take off, turn on the autopilot and have the sim pause for you at TOD? Overnight over the pond flights, that would be useful

George, on the overnight flies, there are a few hours in between step-climbs or controlled airspace that we get some sleep in, not unlike a real aircraft with additional crew members and a crew rest rotation. That's our rest time when exceeding the 8-hour limit.
In the unlikely event we forget to wake up for a significant event (IE, top of descent), we use that program to afford us some protection in order to avoid precisely what happened to Danny.
