Hey all. Just sitting here wondering if DVA management or anyone else here has ever had any thoughts on running a virtual delta air elite? For those of you not familiar with delta air elite it's a charter operation operated under the Delta banner based out of CVG. Not sure if there is any more bases throughout the country or not. A virtual air elite would open up the biz class category of aircraft for us to fly and also would open up thousands of smaller airports for us to fly into. If anyone is interested in checking out the real Delta air elite here is the link. www.deltaairelite.com I realize this may not be practical as management already has there hands full now, but it could be a fun alternative for us guys that occasionally likes to fire up a biz jet and fly somewhere random.

i alwasy do something random concorde into aspen for example DC10 into EGLC L1011 into Lyon takign a B747 out of Lukla (not dva of course but the rest are you have the oportunity to do anyhitng so long as it is a flight already. But i see where your goin we do have 1 or more private air routes chartered by KLM (IAH-AMS-IAH), this might be a good i dea but as you said the staff have their hands full.

I think it would be a good thing to do. I find it more of a challenge to fly into smaller airports.

James, I can't say the idea would take off or not. However, ideas like these should be posted as a help desk issue.
