It is good for about 5 flights. After the first 5 or 10 flights... it gets old.

I have it, but don't use it much. I found it to be a bit steep on the learning curve, but maybe that is just me.

Yes, it is really good .. I don't fly the 767 without it .. I wish they make a PSS 757/777 version someday.

This is with default voices .. using the British Airways mod at avsim.com sounds better.
BTW.. the F/O will say the same thing over and over in real life too since this addon simulates a two crew operation.

FS2Crew is priceless ... for everything else there is Master Card
I bought my copy after Charly's recommendation and I have to admit that it adds to the reality factor tremendously. It also offers good value for the money.

A must have in my book. Even if the FO gets old, it is still nice to be able to do call-outs and direct the FO for flaps and etc.

I hated it
While "realistic", there is no real interaction I found. There are many many actions you may take - or not. Nothing will happen if you don't adjust the altimeters, don't do manual events, don't calibrate for RVSM. Even though these actions are simulated (and much more), it's all at the "fantasy" level. Meaning you do them to be "as real as it gets", but there is no real interaction, either with FS2Crew or FS9.
All in all I found the ATR version far superior.
