Guys, the IRS is sending me my money back so now is the time, I'm ready to build a computer that will support my gaming experience for the next 5 years or so. I have a budget of $1500. I want to build from the ground up. New case and all... I'm even considering a dual graphics card so I can run 3-4 monitors at 1 time. (May stick with one for now though) What suggestions do you have? I have heard some talk about putting FSX on a slate drive what benefit does that offer? I will run windows 7 64 bit, and want at least 12 gigs of ram...... thanks for your help. I want to be able to run FSX wide open....

Honestly Michael, I do not think there is a PC on the planet that can run FSX "wide open" even on dedicated game machines there are always comprimises. Just remember fast cpu and fast hd's.

well I have ordered all the parts, my new case came in yesterday from newegg.com, the dang thing was broken......will be 7 days at least to get another shipped to me...I guess I'll have to use my old for now.
