02/15/2005	ADSL migration	Luke Kolin
I plan on performing the last stage of our ADSL migration this evening, at 11pm ET. This will involve shutting down the old IDSL interface and pointing the DNS at the new ADSL line. Connectivity to the DVA web site and mail server will be interrupted for you until your DNS servers refresh. This may take several minutes to several hours, depending on your ISP. The end result will be a 50% increase in bandwidth.

Senior Captain Trevor Fenimore is promoted to Chief Pilot 777 following Robert Sucarato?s resignation. Trevor was Robert?s Assistant Chief Pilot since March 2004. In addition to handling administrative tasks, Trevor developed 777 training sessions and is the 777-newsletter editor. Trevor is on ?short final? for his Private Pilots License. Senor Captain Adam Gaweda is promoted to Assistant Chief Pilot 777. Adam is a two-year veteran of DVA much of the time spent in the left seat of the 777. Many are familiar with Adam?s many technical contributions to flying the 777. He is on the PSS 777 FS9 beta team. It is with pleasure that we announce the new 777 team. The two individuals have complimentary interests and knowledge that will ensure that the program?s legacy will continue. Please join management in congratulating Trevor and Adam on their promotions.

Senior Captain Robert Sucarato, Chief Pilot of the 777 program resigned due to business priorities. While leaving the Chief Pilot position, Robert will continue as a participant and an advisor to Delta Virtual Airlines. Management is discussing with him alternate roles that are compatible with his schedule. Robert?s contributions to Delta Virtual Airlines over the past 3 years are significant. He joined on September 10, 2001 and worked as our first Director of Online Events for IVAO. In addition to being B777 Chief Pilot he was on the Board of Directors. His legacy was developing the Stage 4 programs establishing them as exclusive, elite programs. The structuring of the 777 as the Queen of the Fleet with high piloting and knowledge standards resulted in a highly sought after rating by pilots. Delta Virtual Airlines is indebted to Robert. Please join me in extending to Robert Sucarato our deepest and most sincere gratitude for his years of dedication and contributions.
